  “I used Big Beaver Plumbing & Heating for backflow testing on my sprinkler system that is mandated by the city every three years. They provided a very fair quote for the testing and arrived on time to what was promised. Despite my system needing minor repair, (cleaning out an old earwig nest and installing a bug screen) they did not increase the agreed upon price and filed both the failed test and the passed test (after repair) with the city. I feel like other companies would have used the need for minor service as an opportunity to change more (even though the repair took less than 10 mins per the report provided). Fantastic service! Will absolutely use this company again in the future.”

  “Had them do backflow testing on my sprinkler a few times over the past few years and seemed very reasonable. Recently I had them do a little work on both my outdoor spigots and shutoff valves in the basement. The plumber (can't remember his name) showed up on time, we exchanged a few words and he got right to work. He knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done very well. One thing I really liked that he did was turn the water back on slowly to ensure everything operated under low pressure. Then he turned the water full blast and all was good. I think doing this also gave time for the pipes to fill up so we didn't experience much air in the lines. Everything was completed in 90 minutes and for a great price! I would definitely recommend Big Beaver Plumbing & Heating for any water piping needs.”
