“Jake is a gem! I was genuinely torn on whether to post this review—I want to support his business, but I also worry word will get out and he'll become too popular to ever have availability for my projects. We've had him out multiple times: rewiring an entire loft for a newly created office and bathroom, hanging some seriously heavy chandeliers from RH, wiring an outdoor fence gate, installing the plug for our whole-house generator, and adding heated towel bars. Jake is meticulous, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. No project is too hard or complicated. I've worked with plenty of contractors who complain that something is too difficult or "can't be done"—that has never once happened with Jake. He's fast, and he makes even the trickiest projects look easy.”
