  “Another home run for Jim Peterson Plumbing. These guys are unbelievable. I was told the appointment would be between nine and 9:30 AM. John showed up at 9 o’clock exactly. After assessing what was going on, he got to work and by 945 a leaky valve near my water meter had been replaced. Cleanup is excellent. The price was exactly what I was quoted. I could not be happier with Jim Peterson Plumbing. Great people, Great Prices and Great Service. From talking to the friendly young lady at the office to setting up the appointment to handing over a check everything was perfect.”

His plumber did excellent work on an initial project at my home, but shortly after, an unforeseen complication arose that caused my aging water heater to stop working completely. Jim personally stepped in to investigate, took full ownership of the situation, and installed a brand-new unit at no cost to me.
