  “Pros: Ken and his team were quick to get me on their schedule when I needed a service call to have a GFCI unit replaced and to troubleshoot why my yard lamp was popping my other GFCI unit. They were able to tighten a few screws and fix the yard lamp and swapped out the GFCI by pool. Cons: I was not impressed with the cost. $155 for service call + $225 add-on to diagnose the lamp loose wire + an unexpected additional $175 2nd diagnosis fee to figure out why the wires to my pool GFCi didn’t have power (took them 30 seconds to realize they needed to flip the switch for the pool timer and still charged me $175). Total cost for a basic service call with simple diagnostics = $555. I would give them 1 star for cost, but 5 stars for being knowledgeable, quick to respond, and for sending a team of 3 people out to handle the call. Overall 3/5. Note: they did communicate the cost up front, but the add-on of a 2nd diagnostic fee for something that was simple didn’t sit right with me, and especially as a first time customer they should have waived that extra $175 IMO.”

  “I called ken with an electrical issue in my home. He was able to walk me through the issue over the phone. Allowing me to fix it myself l, saving me a service call. I will definitely be calling him and his team for my future project. They are awesome.”
