  “Omgsh! Mohammad was superior! He came here Tuesday to diagnose the problem. The circuit board went out. Not an easy fix. Explained that the warranty company would have to order the part and he would get it from them. He was great with his communication. Let me know to keep in contact with tact bc it’s cold and this needs to be fixed. The part was ready Friday afternoon. He was kind enough to get the part and come here Friday close to evening to make sure we had heat for the weekend. Not only a great tech but very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. Great guy all around. Score him 20 out of 10!”

  “Mohammed came to service our A/C unit. The 3 amp fuse kept blowing and I couldn’t figure out what was happening. He seemed to know exactly what the issue was. He had our A/C up and running in about 15 minutes after his arrival. What I appreciated most is that he didn’t try to invent new work like other companies have done in the past. He quickly identified the issue, corrected the issue, and allowed us to get back to our day without any hassle. This is an easy 5 stars. Thanks Mohammed for being a prime example of excellence in action!”
