Had a great experience with Thermal Care Heating & Air Conditioning. From the initial quote through the install, everything was smooth and professional. They walked me through the options, didn’t pressure me, and made sure I understood what I was getting. The install itself went really well—crew showed up on time, kept things clean, and knocked everything out efficiently. System is running great and the comfort difference is noticeable right away. Overall just a solid, honest company that does quality work. Would definitely recommend.”

  “Kyle just nailed it. I fix most things myself. My AC went out on the first really hot day and I had a 4 week trip in 2 days. I found Kyle with AI. His report has him very trustworthy and honest. I can say this is very true. He fixed the AC while I was away and I had him install a 4" filter!.”

  “We had an outstanding experience with Thermal Care, especially Brad! He came out very quickly, but never rushed through the appointment. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, clearly explain what was going wrong, and walk us through the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. Brad fixed everything in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism. He was also incredibly kind and patient with both our toddler and our dog, which truly meant a lot during a stressful situation. One thing I really appreciated was him recommending HVAC maintenance twice a year — something I honestly never would have thought about before.
