  “Unfortunately my furnace broke down right before the weather started warming up a bit. Most of the companies I had used before were fully booked and I couldn't get anyone to show up at reasonable time to do my repairs and waiting around in the cold wasn't an option. I stumbled upon Central Star and although there didn't seem to be many reviews on this company I had no choice so I decided to go for it. I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt response after I left them a voicemail in the middle of the night. Their crew arrived early in the morning as promised. They were happy to walk me step by step through the diagnostic process. In a short timeframe they figured out the problem instead of wasting time to charge me for their time on the premises. The repair was done in a timely and professional manner, best of all the pricing didn't break the bank! Lastly one of their guys also pointed out some of the issues which may arise in the future due to the fact that my furnace is now almost 15+ years old. He left it up to me if I wanted anything done for it or not and did not push me into any extra repairs. Though he did want me to realize that should one of those older parts fail which is inevitable, that they would be happy to stop by again and that I understood it may be a completely different issue the next time around due to the fact that my furnace is old.   “I called Central Star heating and cooling very late at night and they came out within 20 minutes after calling to fix our furnace. We had been having issues with our furnace for a month and they figured out the problem quickly and repaired it and also explained to us what was going on. They were professional, nice, reliable, and efficient, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and will be contacting them with any future issues. Thank you!!!!!”

  “I called in Arthur to check on my AC unit condenser fan which was not spinning. Explained where the issue could be, checked the power and found that was the issue. He was there with me when I contacted DTE and helped restore the power and left only after it was all working well. And this was on a Saturday morning and he came within couple of hours of my call. His diagnostic service fee is also not high as some companies around. Definitely would recommend him.”

  “I had my AC fail, and I had to make the call on Sunday morning. Artur was able to make it a few hours later. He was professional and was able to fix my AC in about 20 minutes. Prompt, professional, and effective. Great service!”
