  “I first contacted Brian about relocating the washer dryer from the basement to upstairs in a home we just purchased. Brian came the next day and reviewed our situation. After looking he recommended we not change it like we wanted for fear that it would cause a potential drain issue. I respected his opinion as he showed us what problems we would encounter. While he was there I had him check a small gas leak we had and the hot water tank. The tank was 22 years old which we knew due to a home inspection before purchasing. Instead of fixing the gas leak, he suggested replacing the tank and fixing the gas leak at the same time which would save us a couple hundred dollars. We chose to follow his recommendation and set up an appointment. He called before coming and showed up on time. He did an excellent job. I found Brian to be honest, timely, courteous, and a master plumber. My wife said, he cleaned up after the installation. Before he left, I asked him about a few more things and he was great to inform me about the those items as well I would highly recommend this father son small business for any of your plumbing or hvac needs.”

  “Thanks to Brian and Kennedy Plumbing and Heating - we not only saved over $600(?!), but required less repairs than another company had unnecessarily quoted us for. We had contacted another company, Cooper Plumbing, for an estimate that turned out to be very pricey and with unexpected repairs that they tacked on. Glad I contacted Kennedy Plumbing instead. Would recommend to anyone who likes a job well done by a family owned business.”

  “I saw the negative review on here and felt like I had to provide my experience! We purchased a house last summer. The first day we moved in we went to shut off the water for a dish washer install and ended up having a broken main shut off. We called Brian and he came out immediately. Fixed the leak only to find the other main shut off was broke too. Brian fixed that as well. He came back on the Friday before a holiday and installed our kitchen sink and faucet. His prices were extremely reasonable, he was professional, explained everything, and was just all around nice guy. In this day and age it’s hard finding contractors to even return calls let alone actually do work for you. These guys are local, they don’t complain about doing old house repairs, they are honest, and they do good work! If you live in the area and don’t want a hassle, or a contractor that jerks you around, do yourself a favor and call Kennedy Plumbing!”
