He came out on a Sunday and got us all hooked up correctly! I've realized it's so important to have a professional install these water heaters.   “Eric exceeded our expectations with his service and craftsmanship. Eric was able to fit us in after-hours to look at our leaking tank water heater. While he offered to install a replacement that night, it was late, and we decided to be worked into his next-day's schedule. Eric's pride in his craft is reflected in the quality and precision of his work. The installation of our Navien tankless water heater is simply beautiful. During the work, our floors were protected and all areas inside and out were kept neat and clean. Our home was spotless when Eric left. We have remodeled our entire house, inside and out, and have dealt with several dozens of contractors over the years. Not many of them are true professionals. Eric is among the best we have experienced, I wish there were more like him, and I highly recommend him for tankless water heater installation.”

  “Eric did a great job with the installation of our tankless hot water system a few years ago. However, one of our two units stopped working a few weeks ago, with red flashing error messages on the display. I texted Eric. While he initially answered me back quickly, I haven’t been able to get in touch with him since. No answer to several texts and a VM on his phone. Disappointing that the company does the (expensive) installation, but leaves you hanging when you need service. Looking for a plumber familiar with tankless hot water heaters now to call. Regarding the owner’s response to my original review…I have been TRYING to reach out to you, but I haven’t got a response, which is exactly the point of my initial review. If you would like to reach out to me, you have my number. I won’t continue to call and text the same number with no response. Eric just contacted me and explained that he had been out of town. I appreciate him being responsive to my original review”

  “Silva Mechanical is another person that I can highly recommend. I had Eric install a tankless water heater 2 years ago. I didn't want to write a review at that time because I wanted to see how things would go with any after the sale support. I must says that Eric has been excellent. I have had Eric out since that time to do the annual maintenance. His rates are reasonable and he does great quality work. I have even had other plumbers comment on the work that he has done that they thought it was excellent. I also want to mention that there was one time where I had a question about the system late in the evening. I called and left a message, thinking that I would hear back from him the next day. To my surprise he called me a short time after I left the message at around 9:00 pm. Great response and great service!”
