  “J Micheal is the absolute best. Our tankless water heater went out on a Saturday. We 1st called another popular plumber with the red. White and blue truck they came out with a quote of 9k. I remembered using j Michael a year ago, found his card and he came thru with a quote of 4,200$. I had my hot water back by Wednesday. .”

  “My girlfriend reached out to Tankless Services of Michigan LLC and within ten minutes she was in contact with Michael regarding her dilemma. She had no hot water! He and Alex arrived at her home shortly after. Wherein, they diagnosed the problem and began resolving the issue. They were professional, personable and proficient; additionally, we actually learned how the tankless water heating system works.   “Our Noritz combi boiler (4yrs old) had a leak and we had no hot water. We called the company that had installed the unit for repair. We had terrible customer service and after 11 days of no hot water and the repair not completed, I googled and found Tankless Services of Michigan. WOW! J Michael took my call and was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, efficient. I called him on a Thursday and our unit was fixed within 2 days. Eric (trained by Noritz) and J Michael had the unit repaired in 4hrs and for $600 less than the other repair company. I just cannot express how satisfied we were with them handling our repair. J Michael even gave us a follow up call to make sure everything was running ok. If you have any tankless water repair, questions, needs please give this company a call. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. It is a relief to know good people are in the industry.”
