Alec was very responsive immediately, came out when promised, very professional and prompt to figure out and fix my issue with a very fair price! I would highly recommend this company.     “They tried to talk me into getting a brand new air-conditioning unit for $10,000. I had another company come out and they showed me how these guys overcharged My current AC (Probably hoping that it would eventually break down) And then they would come to the rescue with a new AC. It's criminal and they should be out of business. I would give negative stars if I could”

    “I would give zero stars if I could. Called a week ago- never got a call back. Called again on Monday and was told someone would be by that day. I waited 8 hours- no one came. Called back at just after 5 pm on Monday and twice on Tuesday no one returned my call. Why say you can come that day if you can’t or won’t? Extremely disappointed.”
